Vision inspection is the camera-based quality gate for high-speed lines. E2M Couth systems verify cap defects, label placement, fill level, seal integrity, coding and orientation at up to 1,200 units per minute, rejecting any non-conforming unit automatically with a validated reject chain.
For pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and food lines, 100% vision verification protects patients and consumers and provides the documented quality record regulators and retailers expect. Multi-angle LED lighting and up to 20 MP cameras catch defects the human eye and line speed would miss, with Industry 4.0 / OPC-UA connectivity for data capture.
