For pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and food lines, 100% vision verification protects patients and consumers and provides the documented quality record regulators and retailers expect. Multi-angle LED lighting and up to 20 MP cameras catch defects the human eye and line speed would miss, with Industry 4.0 / OPC-UA connectivity for data capture.
