Stick & sachet formats

Stick packs and small sachets are the format of choice for single-serve powders, granules and liquids — sugar, coffee, nutraceuticals, spices and pharmaceuticals. Boato Pack multi-lane systems reach 4,000+ sachets per minute in three- and four-side-seal formats, handling liquids, semi-liquids, powders, solids and even wet wipes.

Multi-lane operation delivers very high throughput in a compact footprint, while moisture-barrier films keep sensitive actives stable. Sachet sizes run from 25–150 mm wide and up to 250 mm long, covering most single-serve and sample formats.
