Overview

End-of-line automation

Secondary automation is everything that happens after the primary pack is made — cartoning, case packing, shrink-wrapping, pick-and-place and palletising. Engineered and integrated by Vedvik, these systems connect to any primary line to automate the end of line and remove manual handling.

Automating secondary packaging cuts labour, improves pack consistency and protects product in transit. Systems run up to 15 cartons per minute under PLC control and are configured around your existing line layout and throughput.
