Coding & marking

Coding and marking put the batch code, manufacturing and expiry dates, barcodes and serialisation data onto every pack. MapleJet systems span Thermal Inkjet (TIJ), Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) and laser, printing up to 600 DPI at line speeds to 300 m/min on film, carton, foil and glass.

Industry 4.0 / MQTT connectivity makes coders part of a traceable, data-driven line — essential as serialisation requirements tighten across pharma and food. Aqueous, solvent and UV inks cover porous and non-porous substrates, and Wi-Fi/Ethernet/USB connectivity simplifies fleet management.
