A friction feeder is the connective tissue of a packaging line — it separates flat products from a stack and feeds them one at a time, exactly where they need to be, at line speed. Kraus JoKer friction feeders handle flat items from 50 × 50 mm up to 350 × 320 mm and up to 10 mm thick, feeding at up to 50 m/min with a compact servo-driven design.
Typical applications include feeding leaflets and cards into cartoning lines, labelling and stacking operations, collating, and precise placement tasks across food, pharmaceutical and print-finishing lines. Engineered and built in Germany, each system is supplied, installed and supported in India by Vedvik from Ahmedabad.
A range of pack formats this system can run — matched to your product, speed and material.
Modular tooling allows rapid format changeovers. We adapt the system to your product, output and integration requirements — and support it locally from Ahmedabad.
