Heavy-duty bagging
Bulk packing covers the heavy end of the line — 5 to 50 kg bags formed in HFFS or VFFS format from heavy-gauge film. MF Tecno systems handle grains, pulses, chemicals, pet food and powders at up to 600 bags per hour, with heat-seal or stitch-seal closure to survive rough handling, stacking and transit.
Accurate net or gross weighing controls giveaway on every bag, and the line integrates with palletising and pick-and-place for a complete end-of-line solution. Robust, chemical-resistant construction suits dusty and aggressive products, making it a workhorse for agricultural and industrial manufacturers.
